Hello everyone! Starting from Monday, May 8th, our Monday evenings will be held at Curlers, and Thursdays evenings will be at Tennent's!

Curlers is conveniently located next to Hillhead subway on Byres Rd. When you enter, head upstairs, turn right, and you'll usually find us at the table in the far left corner by the window. At Tennent's, simply turn left as you enter from Byres Rd, and we are typically at one of the tables by the windows!

What level is required to participate?
The group is welcoming to everyone, from beginners to native speakers. Having some conversational ability is helpful, but all are encouraged to join in!

If I can't make it exactly at 7:00 PM, is that a problem?
The group is very laid-back, and we usually stay for a few hours, so feel free to join whenever you can. If you arrive at 7:00 PM and don't see anyone, give it some time as people tend to arrive within 15-20 minutes!

What if only one person is signed up, will the event still happen?
While the RSVP count may show only a few people, we typically have around 10-15 regular attendees, so rest assured the event will go ahead!

If you're looking to practice and improve your Spanish or English, join us at The Tennent's Bar on Byres Road at 7:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays. We have different hosts on different nights, and sometimes none, but you can always expect a warm welcome from friendly people. You can find us at the top of the stairs sitting on the long benches. We can't wait to meet you and have a chat in Spanish and English.

We kick off with a 'Spanish half hour' followed by an 'English half hour' to ensure equal time for each language and to keep the conversation lively with fun topics. We are excited to see our regulars and extend a warm welcome to new members.
